This Week: Alan Moore’s Promethea
Due to popular request, we’re taking a short break from Indo-European myth and reading the comic series Promethea by self-described magician Alan Moore. Promethea combines comic staples like superheroes with Hermetic Qabalah, psychedelics, and ceremonial magic. It’s a wild ride.
We’ll read the third volume this week (issues #24-32).
Come prepared with questions, favorite passages, or just to discuss your favorite magical practices with likeminded friends.
